    WFH is not a new concept for sure, however is was mostly used by the industries which did not need the employee to be physically present in the office to work on there assignments. The COVID era has forced the companies to change the work culture and with most of the employees being reluctant to join the office back, the companies are finding it a bit challenging to evaluate the performance of their employees.
