    Hi,
    Is It Legal For A Company To Hold Relieving Letter In Such A Situation Due To Just 1 Project Deliverable Not Done? Please help me out in this.

    Hi,
    Company can not held relieving letter, if you are serving full notice as per the termination clause mentioned in your appointment letter. You can reach Directors for explaining the situation. If you have any document proof of getting verbally abused then please produce them in front of management.
