    I am working in streamlining the current IJP process in my organisation. Any suggestion / idea how do I go about it ?

    Hi George,
    In such a case (aptitude test revision) you are the best judge to design with your team and higher ups. As per my view the questionnaire should be framed covering all aspects of operations depending on the job profile/position you are filling through IJP. Two weeks time for the closure of IJP is good enough and it is required.

      As per the current process, IJP announcement is made, later eligible employees go through a basic aptitude test, post which shorted listed employees (based on the aptitude test scores) go through their final panel interview rounds. In this process, I need suggestions / ideas to prepare and design good quality aptitude test papers (currently which is too basic that has simple maths, logic and grammar questions) Which for any lateral level is way too basic. The entire IJP process takes about a weeks times. Any ideas how to work on it.
